Yes! All purchases remain private as we ship in discreet packaging. 

How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order status in real time by checking your account on our website. You will also receive an email with the tracking confirmation within a few days of your purchase. You can also contact us directly at info@bloomponic.com to check the status of your order.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 3-7 days Due to high demand of some of our most popular items.

During holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years please expect some delays)

Do you deliver products internationally?

For international orders please contact us directly at info@bloomponic.com to place your order with a sales associate. 

I've put a wrong shipping address! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try to make it right for you.
