REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for choosing Bloomponic. We strive to ensure you have the best shopping experience and we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to return a product. In these cases, we're here to help.

REFUND POLICY

  1. Faulty or Incorrect Products: Should you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we kindly ask that you inform us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please take a photograph illustrating the fault(s) or misdelivered item(s) and send it to our email address info@bloomponic.com. We will then share additional instructions via email for returning any wrongly dispatched items. In instances where you have received an incorrect item, we will supply a return label enabling you to return the product to us without incurring any extra charges. Upon receiving the returned item, we will either offer you a store credit that can be applied to future purchases or dispatch the correct item to you.

  1. Return Conditions: Please note, all returned items must be unused and unopened. If you've opened an item and wish to return it for an exchange, you'll incur a 30% restocking fee plus shipping costs. Restocking fee applies to unopened items as well. 

  2. Final Sales: All sales are final. We do not provide refunds only store credit.

  3. Return Approval: We reserve the right to decide on accepting products for returns as not all products qualify for returns.

  4. Exchanges: If you've requested an exchange, we may reach out to discuss options and confirm the product you'd like. Additional instructions will be provided through email.

  5. Cancellations: Refunds will only be given for orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Only store credit will be applied after 24 hours and order was cancelled. 

  6. Contact: We do not accept return requests via phone calls. All communication regarding returns and store credit should be directed to info@bloomponic.com
