RETURNS
Thanks for shopping at Bloomponic. We want to make sure you have the best experience and we guarantee total customer satisfaction with the items you purchase. Below find our policy on returns.
If you have received your item(s) defective or incorrect:
- We need to hear from you within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue with it.
- Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) showing the issue.
- Email us at info@bloomponic.com
- We will provide the next steps by email for returns on wrong items sent
- All returns of items must be unused and unopened. If an item is opened and you would like to return it for an exchange, you will be responsible for 30% restocking fee and plus shipping. It is up to our discretion to accept products for returns. Not all products are returnable or refundable.
- No Refunds if we have sent the correct product to you in good condition, and as described.
- When sending an item back to us upon approval of return, we will need a tracking number from you. Please, when you ship to return, send us the tracking number of the parcel by email.
- When we've receive the returned item, it can take up to 7 working days to process your request and issue a refund or exchange except on final sale items. We may contact you to discuss options, and if you've requested an exchange to confirm the product you'd prefer.
