Refund Policy

At Bloomponic, we stand behind the products we sell and aim to make every order right. If there’s an issue with your purchase, our team is here to help.


Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing info@bloomponic.com.
Include clear photos showing the issue so we can review it quickly.

Once reviewed, we’ll provide instructions for the return. If an incorrect item was sent, we will supply a prepaid return label at no cost to you. After the item is returned, we will either:

  • Issue store credit for future purchases, or
  • Send a replacement item, depending on availability and your preference.

Return Conditions

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved exchanges, along with applicable shipping costs.
  • The restocking fee applies to both opened and unopened items.
  • Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

Refunds & Final Sale Items

  • We do not offer cash or card refunds.
  • Eligible returns are issued store credit or exchanged in lieu of a refund.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Return Approval

All return and exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, as not all products qualify for return.


Exchanges

If you request an exchange, our team may contact you to confirm product availability and discuss the best option for your needs. All exchange instructions will be provided via email.


Cancellations

Orders that are canceled are eligible for store credit only once processed.
