RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like help with a return, you'll need to contact us via email.
It is important that all conditions are met:
- If your package did not arrive on time, please write to us. We'll help you!
- No Refunds if we have sent the correct product to you in good condition, and as described.
- Special orders (sourced) are nonrefundable and final sale
- We may ask you to provide photos if an item is incorrect, damaged, faulty or the wrong size.
- If there is a problem with your order, we need to hear from you within the first 7 days of order being delivered. If later than 7 days of receipt, we will not accept any returns at that time.
- If you have opened and used the products it will be considered "used" and nonrefundable
- All returns of items must be unused and unopened. If an item is opened and you would like to return it for an exchange, you will be responsible for 30% restocking fee and plus shipping. It is up to our discretion to accept products for returns. Not all products are returnable.
