At Bloomponic, your satisfaction matters to us. If you need help with a return or exchange, please contact our support team by email and we’ll be happy to assist.
Returns & Exchanges – What to Know
- If your package did not arrive as expected, please let us know right away. We’ll work with the carrier and our warehouse to help resolve the issue.
- We currently do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns may receive store credit or an exchange, depending on the situation.
- Special order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, defective, or the wrong size, please notify us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition to qualify for store credit or exchange.
- Products that have been opened or used cannot be accepted for return.
- If you request an exchange for an item that was delivered as described, a 30% restocking fee will apply, along with any applicable shipping costs.
(This applies to both opened and unopened items.) - All returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, as not all products are eligible.
Cancellations
- Order cancellations are eligible for store credit once processed.
