RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Bloomponic.com, we value your satisfaction. For assistance with a return or exchange, please reach out to us via email.

Please note the following conditions for returns and exchanges:

  1. If your package didn't arrive as expected, do let us know. We're here to help! However, please understand that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds only store credit or exchange.

  2. Special orders are non-refundable and are considered final sales.

  3. If an item is incorrect, damaged, faulty or the wrong size, we request photographic evidence. It's important to inform us within 5 days of delivery if there's an issue with your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange after this period.

  4. Products that have been opened and used are classified as "used" and are non-refundable. All returned items must be in unused and unopened condition to receive store credit. 

  5. If you purchased an item and arrived as described and you open and wish to return it for an exchange, you'll be liable for a 30% restocking fee plus shipping costs. If the item unopened the restocking fee still applies. 

  6. We reserve the right to decide whether to accept products for return, as not all products are eligible.

  7. Refunds will only be for orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, a store credit will be applied if the order is cancelled. 

  8. Exchanges and store credit are allowed in lieu of a refund.
